How to use
Twist out approximately 1 mm of the pencil.
Apply gently with short strokes along the brows in an upward direction.
Fill in any sparse areas and, if desired, extend the brows. Use the brush on the other end to soften the strokes for a natural look, or leave them sharp and defined.
For longer-lasting results, apply GEL•FIX.
We also recommend using it after ICE•FIX to fill in gaps.
